Keep in mind that you can cancel a single order but still maintain a recurring schedule following the cancellation, see "Skip this Service" section.

Cancelling a Current Order (website)

  1. Select Reschedule

  2. Select Cancel

  3. Confirm cancellation request

Cancelling a Current Order (app)

  1. Click Need Help?

  2. Click Reschedule

  3. Click Cancel Order

  4. Confirm cancellation request

Skip this Service

If you set up a recurring service and only want to cancel your current order, click "Skip this Service" button. This will only cancel your current order and you'll still be on the the schedule for your next order.
